To better cooperate with your esteemed company in the future, we’d like to offer you a series of practices to avoid some potential differences between us. Please read them below carefully before cooperation, and thanks for your kind patience in advance.

 

Quotation:
The quotation is offered in US Dollars and FOB Shanghai.

 

Placing Orders:

1) All orders must be placed in writing or E-mail form.

2) We will send you our PI(Proforma Invoice) for approval via email.

3) Once order approved, ST never accept verbal corrections. We will not be responsible for errors after the PI or artworks approved.

4) All cancellation of orders in production will be charged for all generated cost of materials and labors.

 

Urgent Orders:
Rush service is available for most jobs, and the cost will be charged.

 

Samples:
1) Pre-production samples: The Charges must be paid before sample production.

2) Random Samples: It is free of charge if available. Special requests are based on availability.

 

Mold Keeping:
Your dies and moulds will be hold for 3 years unless specified by customer.

 

Delivery time:
Generally, the dispatch time is 8-10 days. We can also meet customers’ special needs on delivery.

 

Returns & Claims:
All returns and claims must be claimed within two weeks after receiving goods.

 

Rights to Promote:
For all the products made in our factory, we reserve the rights to advertise and display, unless advised by customers.

Trademarks Allowance:
We reserve the rights to demand a copy of Right from customers for producing, such as their logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, right of privacy, patents and licensed products.
